There are two sections in this house. The 1st Floor (Ground floor) is a Japanese traditional Tatami Room and the second room above on the 2nd floor has hard wood flooring with sea views.
Kitchen and Bath/shower room are on the 1st floor (Ground floor).
There are toilets on both floors.
一階は６畳と８畳の畳の部屋で2階の屋根裏をレノベーションした部屋は檜のフロアーで海が見えるお部屋です。トイレは一階と二階にあります。
お風呂と台所は一階にあります。
Whole house up to 8 guests/30000 yen per night Summer only, other seasons 6 guests max. If you have more than 6 or 8 guests please email me and ask.
Solo/5000yen per night
15 -20 % discount if you are staying more than 7days.
一棟貸し8名まで３万円です(8月のみ）夏の８名以上の宿泊希望はご相談ください、冬、春、秋は5-6名様までとさせていただきたいと思いますが寝袋持ち込みであれば６名以上でも大丈夫です。
お一人のお泊まりは一晩5000円です、お子様料金は親御さんと一緒の布団を使われる場合は無料とさせていただきます、小学生以下のお子様は20%割引、それ以上の年齢のお子様は大人料金と同じとさせていただきます、ご了承下さいませ、その他細かいことはご相談ください。
7日以上の滞在は15−20％値引きさせていただきます。

We have a small but functional kitchen with all kinds of utensils and even a piano in the kitchen space.
キッチンは普通に暮らしているような感じで料理に必要な道具は大体揃っています、ピアノもあります。

Don't worry, there are restaurants and grocery stores within a 15 min walk.
徒歩１５分圏内にはレストラン、居酒屋、スーパーなどがあります。

Explore the Shimanami and Yumeshima area, enjoy some activities like cycling or just chill out at the beach to enjoy the sunset or sunrise.
渡船に乗らないと来れないゆめしまエリアは来て見るとなんだかホッとするところです、上島町でしか味わえない情緒に触れてみて下さい。
